Who we are

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run this site:

• Waitlist email address. When you join the waitlist, we store the email address you provide so we can contact you about early access to FinalBoss Engine. This is the only purpose it is used for.
• Anonymous usage analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which collect aggregated, anonymized page-view and performance data. They do not use cookies and do not track you across sites.

Where your data lives

Waitlist emails are stored with Resend (our email service provider). Analytics data is processed by Vercel. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than the ones described above.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist email until early access onboarding is complete, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws, you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Email hello@finalboss-engine.com and we will handle your request promptly. You can leave the waitlist the same way.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes affecting waitlist members will be announced by email.
