1. What this covers
These terms govern your use of the finalboss-engine.com website and its early-access waitlist. FinalBoss Engine is currently in a pre-launch, early-access phase; the product itself is not yet generally available, and separate terms will apply to the service when you are onboarded.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves your interest — it does not guarantee access, pricing, or a launch date. Pricing shown on this site is planned pricing and may change before general availability. We onboard publications in batches, at our discretion, and will contact you by email when a spot is available.
3. No warranties
This website and its content are provided “as is”. Product descriptions reflect capabilities we operate on our own publications and our current plans; they are informational and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
4. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the waitlist form (automated submissions, others' email addresses) or attempt to disrupt the site. We may remove entries that appear fraudulent.
